Professor Guowen Lin retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 21 patients with recurrence of primary foci after radical radiotherapy for prostate cancer treated with cryoablation at the Cancer Hospital of Fudan University to explore the clinical value of cryoablation technology in treating patients with recurrence of primary foci after radical radiotherapy for prostate cancer. He proposed that prostate cryoablation can delay the progression of prostate cancer after primary tumor recurrence after radical radiotherapy, and the incidence of complications such as urinary retention and urinary tract infection is not high, so it can be a local treatment option for primary tumor recurrence after radical radiotherapy.

林国文教授丨第二十一届世界冷冻大会发言：题目《前列腺癌根治性放疗后原发肿瘤复发患者的冷冻消融术的临床分析》

林国文教授回顾性分析了复旦大学附属肿瘤医院21例行冷冻消融治疗的前列腺癌根治性放疗后原发灶复发患者的临床资料，探索冷冻消融技术治疗前列腺癌根治性放疗后原发灶复发患者的临床价值。他提出前列腺冷冻消融可延缓前列腺癌根治性放疗后原发肿瘤复发后的进展，尿潴留、尿路感染等并发症的发生率不高，可作为根治性放疗后原发灶复发的一种局部治疗选择。
